AN-140
The An-140 aircraft is designed to carry passengers, baggage, mail and cargo on regional and short-haul airlines with the ability to operate both on artificial and unpaved runways.
The aircraft is a cantilever monoplane with a high-mounted straight wing of large trapezoidal aspect ratio, single-fin tail with a fixed stabilizer mounted on the fuselage. Lateral V angle of the stabilizer + 15 °.
The power plant includes two turboprop engines located in the engine nacelles under the wing.
Propeller - pulling, 6-blade, reversible-vane type AB-140.
The auxiliary power unit is a gas turbine engine located in a special compartment in the aft fuselage.
